Our number one goal is that every athlete leaves our organization not only as a better athlete but a better person.

Our coaching philosophy involves teaching young athletes to love the game of basketball. It is our goal to provide a safe and positive environment where athletes feel valued and can feel great about their accomplishments and learn from their failures.  

We are committed to giving every player a firm foundation in the many individual skills required to be a great, well-rounded player. Equally important, our coaches teach their players to use these skills effectively as a team. We support our coaches and parents in the development of important lifelong core values of teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, personal discipline, time management, honesty, respect and most importantly, pursuing excellence.

It is our hope that after participation in our organization, our players will realize the benefits of the life lessons that have been taught and apply our core value teachings into all areas of their lives.
